In an effort to make your returns and exchanges as easy as possible we are here to help you out!
Please see guidelines below. Then submit your return request via the RETURNS “click here” options on the home page. you will be sent a return label once completed.
Rogue Revival gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise, with all original tags attached purchased on our site for an exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment when trying it on. **We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.** If you send back product that does not meet the criteria above, you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to you.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
- We will issue you a return label for an easy exchange or return! Return labels for orders are $8. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please note, all refunds and credits will not include the shipping cost for the return unless we have made an error with your order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost for us will be deducted from your refund.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
- Sale items, Vintage collection, Accessories (jewelry, belts, sunglasses) and lingerie/swim/intimates or related items are FINAL SALE.
- Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return.
- Free Items acquired through promotional giveaways MUST be returned with product or customer will be charged for free item.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
- You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return request and approval. Reference return guidelines above prior to emailing.
- Customer must pay for the cost of international return postage.
- Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
WHEN WILL I BE ISSUED A REFUND?
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable.
- We will send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
- Please allow 2-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
