RETURN GUIDELINES:

In an effort to make your returns and exchanges as easy as possible we are here to help you out! 

Please see guidelines below. Following, you will submit your return request using the order lookup at the top of our Return Policy page. If your return meets the guidelines, we will issue you a return label to ship back your product!

Fern|Weh gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise, with all original tags attached purchased on our site for an exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment when trying it on. **We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.**

DOMESTIC:

RETURNS

• We will issue you a return label for an easy exchange or return! 
• Please note, all refunds and credits will not include the shipping cost for the return unless we have made an error with your order.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately
• Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
• Sale items, accessories, and lingerie or related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

• If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
• You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Please email customerservice@fernwehboheme.com for return request and approval. Reference return guidelines above prior to emailing.
• Customer must pay for the cost of international return postage.
• Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN WILL I BE ISSUED A REFUND?

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable.
• We will send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. 
• Please allow 2-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Our garments follow US Sizing. The models we use generally wear size 2-4, or One Size garments. For more specific measurements of our girls, please visit our individual product listings. The chart can be used as an estimate when converting sizes. Please use this as a guide ony as we cannot guarantee all brands to be exact to the above.
